Are You Settling For Mediocrity
in Your Real Estate Career?
If you are working for a
company that hires every new agent with a valid license, then you are
going to be practicing real estate surrounded by mediocrity (at best).
If you are lucky enough to have some top producing agents in the office,
it seems that they are always too busy to give advice, or they don’t
want to give out any of their secrets.
That’s why I prefer to
hire experienced agents who have the ability to achieve success in what
is a challenging profession (to say the least), in one of the most
challenging markets in real estate history.

Everyone Gets to Work Here"
Whether representing
buyers or sellers, our agents place their clients first at all times -
above everything else. If you are just in this business just for the
money, then don't bother applying - we don't want you. Of course, we all
need to earn a paycheck, also. That's why I give one of the best
commission splits in the industry.
I provide solid leads to
my agents, so I need people with the competence to
follow-up in a timely manner, and not have a good lead die because of
inexperience (or even worst - laziness). The agents I hire must be
techno-savvy and have a smart phone – iPhone, Droid, Blackberry, etc.
Any experienced agent I hire must have at least 5 transactions under his/her belt
(more on this when we talk). I limit the number of agents I hire, so I
give preference to the agents with the most experience. Because we are
professional, all my agents MUST be members of the local, state and
national Association of Realtors. Knowing that not all agents, no matter
how experienced, are a good fit for our office, any prospective agent
must get a final approval by our current staff of Realtors.
Yes, I expect a lot out of
my agents, but I give a lot in return. I start experienced agents out
with a minimum 70% to 85% commission split*. I give them a desk with no
fee. I give them a chance to work in an environment of cooperation – not
competition. I give
them my full support and backing – because they are the lifeblood
of my company.
What I don’t give my
agents are fees - no franchise fees, no technology fee, no office fee, no sign fees – no fees at all! In fact, I only ask
my agents to reimburse me for the cost of one item that I
have to pay for up front - that's E&O insurance (very minimal, and deducted from your earnings). That’s it.
As a bonus, if you refer
an agent to us while you are working here, we will give you 5% of the
gross commission that the agent brings into the company - forever! More
