§         Enhance your listing on Boston.com and Realtor.com to make sure that your home is seen first by homebuyers.
§         Advertise your property in local print media, Boston Globe, Suburban Real Estate News.
§         Install a professional ‘For Sale’ sign on your property.
§         Develop a list of features and benefits of your home for the cooperating brokers to use with their potential buyers.
§         Show you room by room as to how you can increase your home's value and curb appeal.
§         Advise you on how you should prepare your home for showings.
§         Conduct a tour of your home for the brokers from our office.
